People v/s Problem

We have such a tendency to rush in, to fix things up with our own perception of what is right and what is wrong that we often fail to take the time to diagnose first, to really deeply understand the problem first. Instead of focussing on the problem, we start focussing on the people, thinking them as the problem. Instead of working together to get at the roots of the problem and solve it, we continue considering people as the problem. We try justifying our positions without even knowing the problem completely. Eventually, the things fall-off and disenchantment spread amongst the people. Is it going to solve the problem then? I feel there is a better way!
